Residential Care Programmes
Our residential care programmes foster a nurturing environment that prioritises the well-being and security of our residents. With a dedicated team, we provide care that encourages independence and fosters a strong sense of community and belonging in a communal living environment where residents are encouraged to participate in group activities. Through carefully managed outsourced contracts, our homes offer daily laundry and cleaning services, freshly prepared healthy meals designed by a nutritionist, and attentive care provided by our experienced carers.

Our day programmes are designed to enhance the skills and abilities of our residents. From educational activities to vocational training, we focus on creating meaningful experiences that contribute to personal growth and development.

Therapy & Life Skills
The goal of therapy & life skills at Alta is to empower individuals to navigate life’s difficulties more effectively and promote long-term mental and emotional health. Key components of therapeutic life skills may include stress management, effective communication, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and decision-making skills. The Multi-Disciplinary Team also collaborates in the delivery of comprehensive client care to optimise health (emotional & physical) outcomes for our residents/dayworkers. Collaboration is key in the delivery of effective allied health services, as many residents may have complex needs that can best be met through engaging a range of professionals with diverse knowledge and skillsets.

Medical Services
Our nurses are trained to handle various medical situations and we understand the importance of precise medication administration and healthcare for our residents and dayworkers who may have multiple needs. That’s why we provide a specialized medication control system in collaboration with MKem, medications are packed into blister packs, ensuring safety, timely administration, and accuracy. Our medical staff are trained in emergency response protocols. In the event of any emergency, you can rest assured that our team of qualified professionals will do their best to ensure the safety of your loved one.
